Red & Blue fresnel lens Corner lanterns

Oil Burning Navigational Lanterns – Red & Blue 90 degree fresnel glass lenses (Sold as a pair) – smaller sized lanterns 

Both lanterns have Galvanized metal bodies that were once painted a reddish color (it was common back in the early to mid 20th century to paint almost everything red / green / blue, yellow, the primary colors of this era).

Both lamps have no manufacturer names or tags, as there were many manufacturers in the day.

Both nautical lamps do have their oil burners, but we don’t believe they are original as we have never ran across a burner in these smaller oil burning lanterns that used a glass flute as these burners obviously had at one time (now missing).  The blue lanterns burner is missing one of its spring clips, I have just used a small screw to retain / hold it in place (see pic).  “Price reflects incorrect burners”.

The 90 degree red & blue fresnel glass lenses are in perfect shape with zero chips, cracks or breaks.  Both have a deep color (see pics).  Both have brass tops / hanging rings.

These genuine nautical lamps are in Amazing shape for being 75 yrs old or older.

**Note….even though one of the lanterns has a blue lens, the color emitted once the yellow light shines through will be green…yellow/blue/green!
