“W” cast into both sides of each cleat. Solid brass w.nickle coating.

2 1/2” from the bottom of the base to the tallest point (under the horn).
As found, remarkable pair of Wheeler Yacht Company brass cleats, some
pitting in the nickle plating, some of the nickle plating came off during the cleaning. Definitely were used / mounted at some point. No major dents, dings, bends of cracks!
Will definitely clean-up & re-polish for your original parts boat!
